The hotel is located in a nice self-catering area in Pernera, a 15-minute bus ride away from the nearest market or restaurant. The rooms have a damp smell issue that lingered on our clothes, and the service was below average with some staff members being rude, but the location offers easy access to the beach and various dining options.

There were some issues with arrogant and ignorant guests, especially at the children's disco where only Russian was spoken. However, all amenities were available, and it was evident that it's crucial to be cautious when booking not hotel apartments.

I found the hotel's location to be wonderful, situated in a great area of Cyprus with easy access to the beach. However, the rooms felt outdated and in need of a refresh, although the proximity to the pool was convenient. The cleanliness could have been better during my stay.
